About Millefiori Honey:
The honey is millefiori, Italian for "a thousand flowers". Millefiori honey is specially produced during the Italian spring and summer months. These are the months during which many trees, plants and flowers are in full bloom and provide an abundance of pollen.

About Truffles
This honey is enriched with fine slices of summer truffle. The truffles come from the Italian forests and grow underground. Truffles cannot be cultivated. Therefore, they are collected by seasoned truffle hunters, who, thanks to the good nose of their specially trained tracking dogs, are able to track down this special natural product.
