Their 12 Year Old Dunja Barrique Rakia focuses on local quince that’s harvested from the Bijeljina mountains in Bosnia. It shines through with flavors of honey and blackcurrant that were imparted from the traditional “Quercus petraea” oak barrels where it rested for 12 years.
