How to Preserve the Color of Guacamole:
Lemon juice and lime juice can slow down the oxidation process. The more you add, the longer it takes before the dip turns brown. Make sure not to overdo it to avoid altering the taste. With just a bit of juice, the dip will remain green for several hours.
