This syrupy, sweet, and rich flavored balsamic vinegar from vinegar house Giuseppe from Modena has matured for at least 10 years in various wooden barrels (Travassi method). Giuseppe Giusti (founded in 1605) is the oldest vinegar house in the Modena area and is currently led by the 17th generation of the family.

Our Silver Label balsamic is made up of the best grapes and aged in barrels that are 100+ years old. It has a delicate aroma of fresh fruit and is rich in flavor creating a full-bodied taste.
