GK briefs must be worn at the smallest part of your waist with the leg elastic worn above the hip bone, to ensure a proper fit. Briefs are part of your gymnastics uniform and must be worn properly to make sure they stay concealed. They are not intended to be worn as low rise underwear. To avoid deductions, wear them at your waist!
