He thinks that each cask should tell its own unique tale, so he travels to Scotland and Ireland to \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ehand-select single casks\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e from the inventories of the world’s greatest distilleries. Then he custom bottles each one with its own story. How many bottles, you ask? They produce malts for Diageo, mostly Bell’s, and the majority of their juice ends up in Bourbon barrels.
